Information you provide

The event signup collects your name, email, ticket preference and consent. Three optional survey questions collect your AI experience, automation goal and desired outcome. Please leave sensitive personal information out of survey responses.

How it is used

Signup information supports event updates, attendee preparation and access delivery. Signup alone does not confirm a paid ticket. Verified payment records include the PayPal transaction identifier, payer email, ticket tier, amount and payment status. Private access links are generated for confirmed payments.

Questions form

The private questions form collects your name, reply email, selected topic and message. It emails the organizer through Resend, with your email as the reply address. The recipient inbox is stored server-side. A hashed network address and message records support abuse prevention; these site records are removed after 30 days during subsequent form activity. The emailed message remains in the organizer’s inbox until removed.

Service providers

The site and its database are hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. PayPal processes checkout; your card details are entered with PayPal and are not collected by the event signup form. Resend is configured for transactional access emails. Google Calendar links and calendar files support reminders. StreamYard and YouTube are the selected broadcast tools; their own privacy notices apply when you use them.

Cookies and browser storage

The event site uses browser capabilities for its experience and accessibility controls. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics tracker is installed by this update. External checkout and video providers may use their own cookies and storage.

Your requests

To correct your details, stop event updates or request deletion of signup information, use the private questions form. Payment records may need to be retained for transaction support and accounting. No fixed retention schedule has been published yet.
